Chief Test Engineer

Lead and mentor a team of test technicians and drive testing and validation strategy for outdoor power equipment. Responsibilities include developing comprehensive test plans, implementing innovative testing methodologies, standardizing test procedures, overseeing component/system/product tests, analyzing test data, and reporting results to stakeholders. Qualifications include an engineering bachelor’s degree and significant (10+ years) testing/validation experience including leadership.
