Role summary:
Support customer and internal teams by coordinating work, processing information accurately, and delivering a high standard of service.
What you’ll do:
• Coordinate daily activities for your function (customer support, dispatch, contracts, accounting/finance, or admin)
• Communicate with customers and field teams to resolve issues and keep work moving
• Maintain accurate records in company systems and follow standard processes
• Escalate exceptions appropriately and contribute to continuous improvement
What you need:
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset
• Attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and comfort working in fast-paced environments
• Relevant experience in the job’s functional area (preferred)
Pay range shown on posting: USD 53489.0–73547.1 per year.
