Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Distribution Supervisor to lead, mentor, and manage a team of 20–60 associates in a fast‑paced, high‑volume distribution environment. This role ensures safe, efficient, and high‑quality inbound and outbound operations while driving productivity, accuracy, and continuous improvement across a 24/7 operation. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, leads by example, and brings strong problem‑solving and communication skills.

What You Will Do

Lead and develop associates by providing coaching, training, and day‑to‑day support to help them meet expectations.

Manage daily warehouse operations by overseeing staffing, workflow, equipment use, and shift coordination to keep everything running smoothly.

Meet productivity, quality, and safety goals on a consistent basis.

Monitor KPIs and implement improvements by reviewing performance metrics, identifying issues, and applying lean principles.

Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing OSHA and company safety standards and promoting a safety‑first culture.

Support additional operational needs and leadership initiatives as required.

What We Are Looking For

Associate’s degree preferred, with at least three years of related experience; or at least five years of related experience without a degree.

Proven leadership experience guiding teams, managing performance, and building a positive work environment.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to review data and implement practical solutions.

Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving setting.

Basic proficiency with SAP, Word, and Excel and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
