Bingham Equipment Company is looking for a Service Advisor for our Mesa, AZ dealership. This key role bridges our service department and customers to ensure a smooth, professional service experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assess their equipment service needs
• Write up service orders and communicate timelines/costs
• Coordinate with service technicians on work priorities
• Follow up with customers on service status and completion
• Process invoices and collect payments
• Maintain customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships

Requirements:

• Previous service advisor or related dealership experience preferred
• Knowledge of heavy equipment or ag equipment a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Computer proficiency for DMS systems
