Paint Team Leader - 2nd Shift

Lead and support paint-area team members in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Pay starts at $26/hour + $2.00 shift premium (+ $2,000 sign on bonus). Schedule: Monday–Thursday (4x10), 2:30PM–12:30AM. Responsibilities include leading team members, maintaining/auditing/improving standard work, training, supporting production goals, and root-cause problem solving. Qualifications include high school diploma/GED, understanding of standard work/takt time/lean/6S, and strong communication and training skills.
